Quotes for a couple projects
Custom duct fabricated and assembled with Merv11 air filter cabinet for customer by request.
Started a new heating and cooling project today. After visiting job site to discuss some items with the homeowners, returned to the shop to fabricate custom ductwork.
Installed new outdoor heat pump with copper refrigerant lineset, cleaned existing indoor coil, cleaned blower motor, wheel, and housing, new drain line with water safety, rebuilt indoor furnace coil deck, installed timer on water heater, wifi thermostat, all fully tested and ready to use.
Started a new heating and cooling project today. Removed old outdoor unit and installed a York heat pump, new tamped and level outdoor pad, refrigerant lineset, new circuit breaker, new drain line with water safety device, new service disconnect, cleaned existing indoor coil, new indoor TXV, enlarged a return air filter grille, and a wifi thermostat. We are pleased to have cooling for the homeowners this Independence Day weekend, and shall do more fine tuning this system in next week.
Completed our heating and cooling project. Installed a new YORK 5-stage outdoor ultra-efficient heat pump with a YORK variable speed drive electric furnace, new supply and return air plenums and adapters, MERV11 air filtration cabinet, some branch ducting was upgraded, condensate pump, new breakers and service disconnects, new refrigerant lineset and outdoor pad, a static pressure relief zoning system with three power dampers and wifi thermostats so areas can be controlled individually.
Goodman air conditioner not cooling. Blowing warm air inside. Correct high voltage power supply wiring and restore to poorly functioning operation. Restricted heat transfer coil outside along with seriously worn out system with major excessive operating cost. It is time to consider system upgrade with air distribution system repairs
Worked on our heating and cooling project today; we finalized all return air duct connections, started new heat pump in a single zone application, we pulled a new stat wire from upstairs bonus room through attic to crawlspace and installed a wifi thermostat upstairs to be tied into zoning controls tomorrow, replaced two branch supply air flex runs that had damage, and cut a supply air in laundry room floor that got covered by tile many years ago. We shall complete this project tomorrow.
Fabricated return air duct and adapters for the MERV11 air filter cabinet, had to assemble in the crawlspace due to space tolerances, air sealed and fully insulated, my colleagues also installed the new copper refrigerant lineset, tamped and level new outdoor pad, connected heat pump, completed a good portion of wiring, installed condensate pump and drain lines; we will put the new heat pump online Monday and should complete zone wiring and a full test-out on Tuesday.
