JN Electrical Temperature Control, Inc collects mobile phone numbers that customers provide when scheduling HVAC service appointments. We also collect related contact information (name, address, email) needed to deliver the service.
How We Use SMS
JN Electrical Temperature Control, Inc sends transactional SMS messages to customers who have provided their mobile number. These include appointment confirmations, technician arrival estimates (ETAs), service-completion notices, and invoice reminders.
Message frequency varies based on your scheduled service appointments — typically 2 to 5 messages per appointment.

Information Sharing
Mobile information and messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
JN Electrical Temperature Control, Inc does NOT share, sell, rent, or otherwise transfer mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers are used solely for service-related communications between JN Electrical Temperature Control, Inc and our customers.
We use a third-party telecommunications provider to deliver SMS on our behalf under their own privacy terms. They do not have independent rights to your information.
